This item is assembled to order. please allow 72 hours before shipping. Please note that the mounting ends are now anodized black as shown in the first two pictures. All other components are raw. 

Rods comes as a pair (2 rods) in Brushed Aluminum. Available in various lengths, hardware styles and pin options. These are the same rods we use on our chassis mounted splitter

  • Rod, Jamb nut, heims and clevis ends are Aluminum
  • Pins are stainless steel
  • Bolts are stainless steel

Length is measured pin to pin. For the overall length add 44mm or 1.73" to the pin measurement. (See Images for reference). 

  • Each rod has 25mm/1" of adjustability.
  • All pins come with a rubber washer to prevent rattling. 
  • Pins come as quick release or fixed retaining ring.

Bolts:

  • Pan heads: 1/8"-1/4" blade/bumper thickness (fits most stock bumpers)
  • Countersunk: 1/4"-3/8" blade/bumper thickness (fits our 3/8" blade)

Shipping info:

  • Orders placed before 12pm EST typically ship the next business day if the product is in stock. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship 48 hours later. 
  • Orders placed after 10am EST on Friday will ship on Monday. 
  • Tracking will be emailed as soon as we create the label. 
  • US shipping is free for orders over $75
  • Shipping to Canada is free on orders over $150. (Diffusers, skirts & splitters excluded) 
  • All international shipments are sent DDU and with signature required. You will be responsible for all duties and customs fees and arranging for delivery.

  • When will my order ship?
    • Orders placed before 12pm EST typically ship the next business day if the product is in stock. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship 48 hours later.

    • DHL Orders placed after 10am EST on Friday will ship on Monday.
    • Tracking will be emailed as soon as we create the label. 
    • Do your products come with a warranty?
      • Yes! We offer a manufacturer warranty on all of our products, the time period ranges by product line, so feel free to contact us for replacement parts. Please be sure to include which pieces you need.
    • Do you ship international? What are the fees?
      • We do ship direct to some countries.
      • The customer is responsible for all import duties and customs fees. They are not built into the product cost. 
    • Is this 3D printed?
      • Yes, All of our pods are 3d printed to allow for continuous improvement. We don't make injection molds because they are far to expensive for the custom fit products we make.

      Returns

      Warranty:

      For part replacements or destroyed products please contact us with the pieces you need! The warranty covers manufacturer defects and failed components for 1 year.

      Cancelled Orders:

      Once the order is placed, any cancelled orders will be charged a 3.5% credit card/Paypal fee that is deducted from the refund. 

      If tracking has already been created, cancelled orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee, based on the order total. The customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred and return shipping fees to send the product back for a refund. 

      We do not provide return labels for orders that ship out of the continental United States. You will have to create your own label to return the product. 

      Returns:
      Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, please contact us about the possibility for a refund, store credit or exchange.

      Splitters, chassis brackets, diffusers and side skirts are not returnable or exchangeable.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

      25% restocking fee applies to products returned without all original packaging.  We will provide a return label in the first 30 days (since ship date) and deduct the cost of the return label from the refund.

      After 31+ days customer must ship the item themselves. Shipping charges on the original order are not refundable unless it was a CJM shipping error. We do not provide return labels for international shipments.

      For example: $75 part + $6 shipping fee = $81 order total. Customer would like to return because they no longer need it, or ordered the wrong part. 

      $75 (part cost) - $14 (return shipping label) = $61 refund. 

       

      Refunds (if applicable)

      Splitters, chassis brackets, diffusers and side skirts are not refundable.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@cjmind.com.

      Exchanges (if applicable)
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@cjmind.com, we will issue a return number and provide a return address.

      Shipping

      Please contact us before returning any merchandise. We will provide a return label in the first 30 days (since ship date). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible packages lost by the carrier.
