The CJM Industries 52mm pod is designed to fit most left hand drive Audi A3 8V's. It replaces the factory defrost dash vent on the drivers side with a pod to mount (2) 2 1/16" (52mm) gauge. This pod replaces OEM part #8V1819793  (Embossed on underside of the vent cover).

Each order includes:
  • 1 - Dual pod for (2) 2 1/16" (52mm) gauges
  • 1 - Vent base
  • 2 - adhesive pads to hold the gauges in place
  • Includes all Mounting Hardware

Which gauges fit?

These are standard 52mm diameter openings that will fit most gauges. We have confirmed the depth fitment with Prosport, AEM standard electronic and X-series , Glowshift electronic, and Revel. The pod depth is 2 inches / 50mm. Please measure your gauge depth before ordering. Autometer, and APR mechanical gauges are too deep to fit our standard pod. We can custom make a deeper pod for these mechanical gauges - Email us: Support@cjmind.com

Fast Shipping & FAQ

  • When will my order ship?
    • Orders placed before 12pm EST typically ship the next business day if the product is in stock. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship 48 hours later. 
    • Orders placed after 10am EST on Friday will ship on Monday. 
    • DHL Orders placed after 10am EST on Friday will ship on Monday.
    • Tracking will be emailed as soon as we create the label. 
    • Do your products come with a warranty?
      • Yes! We offer a manufacturer warranty on all of our products, the time period ranges by product line, so feel free to contact us for replacement parts. Please be sure to include which pieces you need.
    • Do you ship international? What are the fees?
      • We do ship direct to some countries outside the US.
      • All international shipments are sent DDU and with signature required. You will be responsible for all duties and customs fees and arranging for delivery. 
      • The customer is responsible for all import duties and customs fees. They are not built into the product cost.

        Warranty & Returns

        Warranty:

        For part replacements or destroyed products please contact us with the pieces you need! The warranty covers manufacturer defects and failed components for 1 year.

        Cancelled Orders:

        Once the order is placed, any cancelled orders will be charged a 3.5% credit card/Paypal fee that is deducted from the refund. 

        If tracking has already been created, cancelled orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee, based on the order total. The customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred and return shipping fees to send the product back for a refund. 

        We do not provide return labels for orders that ship out of the continental United States. You will have to create your own label to return the product. 

        Returns:
        Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, please contact us about the possibility for a refund, store credit or exchange.

        Splitters, chassis brackets, diffusers and side skirts are not returnable or exchangeable.

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

        25% restocking fee applies to products returned without all original packaging.  We will provide a return label in the first 30 days (since ship date) and deduct the cost of the return label from the refund.

        After 31+ days customer must ship the item themselves. Shipping charges on the original order are not refundable unless it was a CJM shipping error. We do not provide return labels for international shipments.

        For example: $75 part + $6 shipping fee = $81 order total. Customer would like to return because they no longer need it, or ordered the wrong part. 

        $75 (part cost) - $14 (return shipping label) = $61 refund. 

         

        Refunds (if applicable)

        Splitters, chassis brackets, diffusers and side skirts are not refundable.

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
        If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

        Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
        If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
        Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
        Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
        If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@cjmind.com.

        Exchanges (if applicable)
        We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@cjmind.com, we will issue a return number and provide a return address.

        Shipping

        Please contact us before returning any merchandise. We will provide a return label in the first 30 days (since ship date). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible packages lost by the carrier.

          This Product Contains 3D Printed Parts

          Quality and Durability

          We exclusively use ABS, ASA, and Polycarbonate filaments with UV additives. These are engineering grade materials that have been tested in and on vehicles across the US over numerous years. We have been in business since 2017 with hundreds of reviews. You may see cheaper versions of our designs made of PETG and PLA on etsy, ebay, etc from other sellers. Those WILL NOT LAST in a car. We provide a one year manufacturers warranty from the delivery date (as defined by tracking) on all 3D printed parts. This covers layer separation, cracking and fading in the rare event that our part does fail. 

          Most printed parts come in a satin black finish. They can easily be sanded and painted with a rattle can for a custom color. 

          Why 3d printed?

          We chose 3d printing for this application because it is more affordable for the low volume we make, and pass that onto you. We can maintain the same level of fit as an injection molded part, with a small sacrifice in surface finish (which can become show quality finish with sanding and paint). Printing allows minor adjustments and custom requests to be offered in a significantly shorter lead time. 

           

          Will you sell the .STL/.3MF file so I can print my own?

          • We offer a few free and paid files for sale here. 
          • At this time we are not offering all files for sale. Current file formats do not give us the option to prevent piracy and public sharing of our designs. We hope that new features will be added to .3mf files that allow for us to protect our intellectual property and sell just a file in the future.

          I placed an order for a double gauge pod. They mailed me to remind me that 3 years ago I bought a special order single gauge pod with 80mm barrel to fit my mechanical Autometer boost gauge. I them that I was going electrical gauges so no need for the special order 80mm gauge pod. That's good customer service
