Room to Grow

This role is a direct path to more responsibility. This is a small business, not a corporation. Our team is 2–4 employees depending on the time of year. Your contributions will be known. We want to build careers here, not just fill shifts. This position cannot be replaced with AI.

After 12 months of employment, eligible team members are invited into our profit-sharing program. When the company grows, you share in that success.
