You'll keep our workspace clean, build products, pack orders, and ship them to customers. This role is at the heart of our operation — if you do it well, customers win and the business grows.
How To Grow Here
We're a small, focused team where your work is visible and your contributions matter. You grow here by showing up and doing great, accurate work — not by just putting in time. High performers are recognized, rewarded, and given more responsibility. This is a direct path to more responsibility in a business where your impact will always be known.

Who We're Looking For
- You follow instructions carefully and take quality seriously
- You show up on time and take ownership of your work
- Comfortable using hand tools — drill, router, deburring tools, soldering iron

- Can use a PC or Mac for basic tasks like printing labels and updating inventory
- Warehouse or assembly experience is a plus — we'll train the right person
Room to Grow
This is a small business, not a corporation. Our team is lean, focused, and built on trust. You won't be a number here — your work will be seen, your ideas will be heard, and your growth will be real. We want to build careers here, not just fill shifts. This position cannot be replaced with AI.
After 12 months of employment, eligible team members are invited into our profit-sharing program. When the company grows, you share in that success.
