We have concluded that ~30lbs of DF at 100mph is the threshold where the average driver will feel a difference. Keep in mind that  multiple smaller aero devices on a car can add up to make an impactful difference. We include a suggested starting position to maximize downforce and minimize drag penalty. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur brackets mount under the spoiler cap, near the main hatch pins to improve strength compared to other options on the market. Additionally we provide nut plates, with preinstalled, pneumatically set hex shank rivnuts. All you need to do is drill holes for install, no riv-nut tool required! We retain the OEM 3rd brake light, and the rear wiper is still functional also. The endplates are attached with bolts, and can be swapped to carbon or aftermarket options to further improve this wings performance. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce installed, the wing can be removed and reinstalled in less than 5 minutes by pulling 4 bolts between the upright and hatch bracket (spoiler cap stays in place). The hatch brackets remain on the car, and the uprights will stay attached to the foil.
